If you wish that satisfying your hamburger fix was a bit healthier, try Big Little Burger! Offering a menu with only 5 items, the focus is on organic, grass fed and grass finished Northwest-sourced (Oregon) beef. For those who don't know, grass-finished beef has less fat, more antioxidants, more heart-healthy omega-3s and linolic acid, a type of fat that's thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks than either grass fed or grain fed beef.
This is because grass finished cattle have only been fed grass their entire lives- while "grass fed" cattle started their lives being fed grass, but are then fed grain later in life to fatten them up for slaughter.
Hot tip: if you download their app, your first burger is Free! Yummy and worth your time to try one for free. -

My Family of five all went out for a nice afternoon meal after walking around Greenlake last Saturday and stopped into LBB to get a burger. The food was ok, not the best and not the worst, but after returning home we all(5 of us) felt our stomachs begin to boil and soon we were sharing the bathrooms like we had molten hamburger flame throwers attached to our bottoms, this lasted well into Sunday and definitely ruined our weekend. We all had different versions of the Hamburger, so it must be something in their meat or buns. My buns are still covered in a rash from hours of food poisoning caused purging that has made my toilet want to run and hide.
